Techsvit Implements Digital Innovations at West Ukrainian National University (WUNU) with Cubu
Techsvit, in collaboration with Cubu (a powerful queue management software from Q-nomy), has introduced digital innovations at West Ukrainian National University (WUNU).
WUNU aimed to:
• Simplify the admission process for applicants
• Enhance efficiency for both applicants and university staff
The digital queuing system Cubu addressed all these needs. It enabled the creation of accounts, document submissions, and benefit registrations with ease.
By scanning a QR code, applicants receive:
• Access to the queue
• The ability to select services
• Appointment scheduling
• An electronic ticket and confirmation via SMS
Visual and voice notifications keep everyone informed.
Project Implementation
This project was carried out by Techsvit in partnership with Q-Nomy.
What We Provided:
• Configuration and integration of Cubu into WUNU’s existing business processes
• Technical support and consultation during implementation
• Training for WUNU staff on using the Cubu system
• Implementation of the latest data security and user privacy methods
• Monitoring and support of the system post-implementation
